Congrats to NBS Fitness owner and EliteFTS contributor, David Allen!

Just wanted to take a second to congratulate and brag on the owner of my gym, David Allen of NBS Fitness on being one of the top five contributors to EliteFTS's vast knowledge base for 2013.

BAM!

David has shed blood, sweat, and tears in the creation and operation of NBS, is a great coach and Yoda of knowledge, and even has a half decent beard.
